We are always looking for new land opportunities to add to our Portfolio. We are looking for sites to build Apartments, Houses or Townhouses.

Our main area of operation is Surrey, South West London, Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire & North Hampshire.

We will consider any sites in these areas, with or without residential Planning Permission, from 5 to 50 units & ideally with a Gross Development value of between £2 - 6 million.

We will always recognise effective land introductions with 'finders fees' and wherever possible, re-instruct the estate agent on the sales of the new homes.
